We’ve kept exchanges and returns simple and clear with these four steps: Request, Ship, Shipment Received, and Refund.
1. Request
If you are unsatisfied with the product you received, you can simply email us on help@thesundaystripes.com with the order number and we will get the return/exchange process started for you at the earliest.
2. Ship
Please make sure that the items are unused, in their original packaging, and with the return tag intact. Apparel should be returned unwashed, with all labels still attached.
3. Shipment Received
Once we receive your returned item, we’ll process it as quickly as possible and notify you by email or WhatsApp once it’s done.
4. Refund
Your refund will be credited back to your original payment method within 7 working days.
